Payment

Our preferred method of payment is via Paypal. We can also accept Western Union and Moneygram money transfer services. All orders will be dispatched immediately upon receipt of a Paypal receipt or verified Western Union MTCN number and a tracking number emailed to you.

Alternatively, you can send payment via direct bank (SWIFT) transfer into our bank account. This usually takes 3-5 days. Please request this on checkout.

Shipping

Shipping is via China Post's insured and tracked EMS service and should get to anywhere in the world within 10 working days, usually 5-7 days but depending on location and time of year it can take up to 3 weeks.

Returns

All sales are FINAL.

All merchandise is personally inspected by The Celestial Toymaker prior to dispatch and the goods are guaranteed to be free of materials or workmanship defects for 14 days (for the ring) and 1 year (for the watch movement ONLY and the Sonic Screwdriver electronics ONLY). We will only entertain returns or exchanges in the unlikely event the item is functionally defective or seriously cosmetically flawed and these matters are brought to our attention within 48 hours of receipt. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and The Celestial Toystore accepts no responsibilty for any loss or damage due to the post or customs seizures and charges.
