Payment

Our preferred method of payment is via Paypal. All orders will be dispatched within 14 days if in stock, otherwise built to order items can take up to 6 months to be dispatched depending on workload. These are deemed to be custom commissions. If the item is not in stock and/or is a pre-ordered item, the item will be dispatched within 7 days of stock being available. Please clarify with The Celestial Toystore prior to ordering. An estimated date of arrival will be given for pre-orders and if changed, the customer will be informed via update of the new arrival date.

In case of order cancellation, refunds will be made via the method of original payment. The original payment charges will not be refunded. In the case of Paypal payments, orders cancelled within 60 days will be refunded in full, including Paypal fees. Orders cancelled after 60 days will be refunded via Paypal for the original amount with responsibility for Paypal fees to be bourne by the buyer.

Shipping

Shipping is via China Post's insured and tracked EMS service and should get to anywhere in the world within 10 working days, usually 5-7 days but depending on location and time of year it can take up to 3 weeks.

Returns

All sales are FINAL.

All merchandise is inspected by a member of the CT team prior to dispatch and the goods are guaranteed to be free of materials or workmanship defects for 1 year (for the Sonic Screwdriver electronics ONLY). We will only entertain exchanges in the unlikely event the item is functionally defective or seriously cosmetically flawed and these matters are brought to our attention within 48 hours of receipt. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and The Celestial Toystore accepts no responsibilty for any loss or damage due to the post or customs seizures and charges.
