UPDATE JANUARY 2025: Happy New Year to all our customers! We hope you have had a peaceful and happy Christmas and new year. CT is back working on completing and shipping all current orders. Apologies for the backlog, but due to CT's continuing health issues, he's not been able to work as quickly as he would like but please be patient and he will be shipping all current orders in the next fortnight. In other news, a consortium of talented and highly experienced film industry propmakers in both the UK and USA that have worked with CT over the past decade has agreed to take over The Celestial Toystore and operate it with CT's full blessing as a continuity concern. They have access to CT's legendary and unrivalled collection of original Doctor Who props, costumes and reference material and will continue to release new products developed from this incredible archive with CT's full blessing. CT will continue to oversee the development and delivery of these new products but will do so in a strictly hand-off capacity. To all existing customers, we will try and make the transition as seamless as possible and if we do our jobs right, we will improve delivery of legacy products and exciting new ones. UPDATE 28th JANUARY 2025: All outstanding orders have been picked up by our shipping agent but due to the Chinese New Year backlog and shutdown, EMS have been struggling to process all outbound parcels due to inspections and paperwork. Therefore we have not received the updated tracking numbers yet. We apologise for this but this is outside our control but please be assured that your shipments are in transit and we are awaiting EMS to revert to us.
